  Because the natural gas chemical properties is stable, if it is not changed the original engine ignition timing, when engines are driven by CNG,  fuel(CNG) will appear beginning spot lags behind, In the cylinder,the  pressure increase rate is low, burning temperature is very low, the loss from transfering heat will increase, 

Exhaust temperature will increase, Thermal efficiency is low

Advanced ignition Angle controller will not  change the original engine instructure, the timing advancers can advance the ignition time, they  can guarantee stable combustion gas, improve engine powers when being driven by CNG

This product is suitable for HYUNDAI Elantra,Accent,Elantra 1.6 car

 For cars with ignition-injection system with C.K.P. sensor and inductive type revolutions and phonic wheel with 6,35or58 teeth.

Timing advance processor is used in CNG/LPG vehicles. It sends specific signals to ECU of car and as a result the ECU itself advances the spark timing. This results in good pickup and mileage on such alternate fuels. Map1 Timing Advance Processor is used in manual transmission vehicles.

The absolute pressure sensor M.A.P. informs to the central unit of injection, the value of the depression that forms inside the collectors during the accelerations and decelerations; according to this value it varies the advance of the ignition for a better engine efficiency in all it's situations.

Most of the sensors MAP, have three connections that correspond to the following signals:

Signal of Fixed Tension of 5V

Signal of Mass

Signal of Voltage or Variable frequency

in the MAP with more of three cables these three signals must be located.

At any moment a proportional exit to measurement by the sensor of the vehicle is given which avoids the putting out of action of the functions of the Map and failures that cause variadores MAP of Fixed signal.
